EncuentroMadrid - Adults Engaged in the Work

EncuentroMadrid is a public cultural event, organized by the association by the same name, which takes place in the halls of the Casa de Campo in Madrid, Spain. It started in 2003 and each year it grows in number of visitors and quality of the debates offered to the public. Various national and international personalities of the political environment, culture, and social works are invited to talk to the events.

It is promoted by various Christian associations linked to the movement of Communion and Liberation in Spain. Tens of thousands of people take part each year to the three-day event full of meetings, exhibitions, concerts, and fun activities, that recall, albeit in reduced size, the experience that for decades has been marking the summer in Rimini: the Meeting for Friendship amongst Peoples.

The purpose of EncuentroMadrid is to create opportunities for the dialogue among people of different culture, traditions, and faith, believing that the points of encounter between people are a favorable ground to build the common good.
